New Blogs

We want to let you all know about some exciting new things we are bringing to world of "Oh You didn't Know?"

To start with, you all know that TDogg and the Oriental Express have been working hard to bring your the best experience we possibly can with our review, recaps, and predictions. Moving forward with this, we have hoped to give you this in a timely manner. We have been working on ways to bring you better content in a smaller amount of time.

To do this, we are going to be shortening our recaps, and adding more of our discussion bullet points. We hope that this more of the content that you are looking for in your wrestling blogs.

In addition to the WWE and Impact Wrestling organizations, we at Oh You Didn't Know are going to be bringing you a completely new segment call "Wachu know about minor leagues?" This will be a segment on our show in which TDogg highlights one minor league wrestling group or one wrestler in the minor circuits. This idea has come to us as we watch other shows on YouTube, and we believe that this is what you are looking for in our show.

In order to not have the addition to our show cause an disturbance in our already scheduled programming, this will only be a minute or two review. We will be posting a much more detailed breakdown of the topic we are highlighting here.

It is true that we do not have a lot of experience in the minor circuit, so we would love for your all to request organizations and wrestlers that you would like us to highlight. You can submit these requests in response to this post, in response to any of our shows (http://www.youtube.com/TheOhYouDidntKnow), on our Facebook page (http://on.fb.me/OhYouDidntKnow), on our Twitter account (http://www.twitter.com/ohudidntknow), or you can email them to expresstdogg@gmail.com

We look forward to hearing from you.

Keep watching wrassling!

Smackdown 8/26/11

With super Smackdown coming up this Tuesday, I thought it would be a good idea to post to our written blog.  Last night we had Smackdown on it usual time.  Brett Hart opened the show.  He announced he was the special guest general manager for the show.  In typical fashion, he did just about nothing.  Made fun of Christian, set a match for super Smackdown and left.

Christian faced Daniel Bryan, which was a match that really didn't seem to matter. It was a pretty good match, and Daniel Bryan actually was able to do more than just his one submission hold.  But honestly, I don't see why this match happened. I feel like they are they just creating filler matches for Daniel Bryan because he won the Money In The Bank and he hasn't yet cashed it in.  What they need to do with him, is start some sort of rivalry, which they seem to have started with ADR, but he is on a different show.

Sin Cara defeated some red haired dude.  I think he calls himself the one man rock band, but honestly he looks like crap without Justin Gabriel.  You ever see one testicle by itself?  Why these two broke up is beyond me, they suck by themselves.  Once again, Sin Cara in a filler match.  Perhaps the rivalry should be Sin Cara and Daniel Bryan.

Smelly Kelly fought Tamina, and won. Who cares?

Big Zeek wasted his time with the worst wrestler in the business, the [Not So] Great Khali.  I don't think that Khali has gotten the memo.  Since Andre the Giant has died, you need talent to be a prowrestler. Just being big doesn't work anymore.  That torture rack as a disgrace.

Sheamus and Mark Henry.  They actually looked good.  This rivalry has moved to the front burner since Mark Henry's number one contender status has moved to the back burner.  I think I am starting to like this match up, and not just because Sheamus won ;)

On to Raw and Super Smackdown! I am sure the next time you hear from your favorite bloggers at Oh You Didn't Know, it will be in video format. Until then, keep watching wrassling!

OH ITS REAL ITS DAMN REAL

So I'm supposed to do a IMPACT Blog I will but need to talk about RAW tonite and by the way partner (Sorry had to do this) Ok where to start I will get to POP later. Lets start with MONEY IN THE BANK                  So CM Punk wins the WWE title great match by the way. Its monday Raw is on and no sign of CM Punk and the Tile. Vince shows up announces there going to be a WWE Tournament tonite and John Cena is not involved
what a surprise so the starts it comes down to The Miz & Ray Mysterio to decide the WWE Championship and it starts Vince comes out again to fire Cena and then says what wanted to for a long time if he gets fired hes going to IMPACT not in does exact words but you know what I mean and then HHH come out tells Vince that is not fired and that he is relieved of his duties and then calls him pop and  leaves the ring. That got me all chocked up. with HHH running things the WWE can get back on track again. I am Done! just want to leave you with these last words

IF YOUR NOT DOWN WITH THAT I GOT TWO WORDS FOR YOU  SUCK IT!!!!

CM Punk and the WWE Title

So we have decided to start an "Oh You Didn't Know?" text blog.  Both The Oriental Express and TDogg will be doing individual, and possibly combine postings.  This is so we can connect more with our followers.  I hope you like it!

So what do I want to kick off this blog with?  CM Punk of course.  Now I know I have been quoted saying that the Nexus are the best thing to happen to the WWE since Degeneration X.  Honestly, I also feel that moving away from Wade Barrett was a good move as well.  CM Punk needed a bigger backing, and since they decided to do away with the SES (which I was against) it was a good move to put him in the Nexus.  (Yes, I refuse to call it the New Nexus)

So now things are getting a little stale.  The World Tag Belts mean nothing again. The Corre has broken up.  Orton and Cena are you big champs.  Who am I looking at to excite me? Dolf Ziggler.  I got to hand it to him, he was in the Heavy Weight race, but now he is actually bring credibility to the USA title.  But I am not even concerned about the WWE or the WHW titles anymore.  Don't get me wrong, I love R-Truth as a heel. I didn't really like him before.  He was fun, but he wasn't someone I really cared to watch, or wanted to win.  Now I am watching ever week to see what he is going to say about little Jimmy and John Cena.  But lets face it, the only way R-Truth is going to win the title is if we wins money in the bank this week.

So I am not really focusing on the title race, when out of the blue CM Punk becomes number one contender! Holy shit! This is a guy I would love to see with the belt because he is at the top of his game, and really should be at the top of this industry.  He is possibly the best mouth they have right now, at least top 5.  (The Miz is pretty good, Show and Henry are doing pretty well, and Cena finally stopped being PG).  So all of the sudden I am paying attention to the WWE title again.  But wait, CM Punk's contract is expiring the same night he is scheduled to face Cena for the title.  He publicly states that he leaving the WWE after beating Cena! I am on the edge of my seat.  This story line is possibly the best I have seen in years. I have never watched so intensely.

Prediction: Honestly I don't think that this should end any other way then CM Punk winning the title from Cena and then 'leaving' the company... Unless they pull another Bret Hart, but who wants that?  However, John Cena is the WWE's version of superman, and he is probably going to win.

What would be awesome is if WWE secretly bought TNA, and Punk went to TNA with the WWE title.  But wait, didn't that happen 10 years ago to WCW?
